Can I order/send gifts which is not listed on the https://www.thejaffnagiftery.lk/ web site?

Yes, You need to contact one of our support team and explain the requirement and get the quotation , it will take up to 5 days based on the complexity of the requirement.

Within how many days will the gifts be delivered?

We will deliver the gift on the exact date you select during the check out process or while placing the order over the phone, also same delivery accepted grocery items

Can I send the gifts as a surprise?

Yes, inform us after confirmation of order to our support team, and you need to provide us a contact number of the recipient, we will not call the recipient in a surprise order if there are no issues in finding the correct address.

Is it possible to send a gift without mentioning my Name ?

Yes, There is an option to select as “Anonymous Gift” during the check out process, if that option is selected the gifts will be delivered without mentioning the senders details.

Does the Jaffnagiftery.lk guarantee for delivery time ,

Yes, we can guarantee a precise time for gift delivery , but if you request a specific time range, we will try our best to deliver the gift on the requested time range. read our Terms and conditions.

Does thegiftery.lk deliver all island?

We cover most of the cities in Sri Lanka except for a very few areas in sri Lanka, You can make a special request to deliver gifts to those area’s also.

How much does thegiftery.lk charge for delivery ?

Deliver is totally free to in city limit and its suburbs but for other areas we charge based on the distance ,

What if i don’t have a Credit card for payment process?

You can proceed to place the order by selecting “manual payment” option as a payment method and request further details for payment, in it you can either Deposit or transfer payment to our BOC account, or else you can use remittance services such as Western union or money gram ect.. for payment process.

Can I cancel my Order?

thegiftery.lk is will not cancel or change orders already on scheduled for delivery, en-route or delivered, for more details read our Terms and condition

Does Gift.Angadi accepting Return or Refund?
